Shipping/Returns

Shipping

  • We currently ship to the United States / US Territories via UPS. While we typically ship orders the next business day, all orders will be processed within 5 business days - if there is any exception, we will contact you (the camper) directly.
  • Please be sure to enter your e-mail with your order! You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed, and another with your tracking information once it has been shipped.
  • Camp High is not responsible for any orders which have incorrect, incomplete or insufficient address information, emails or phone numbers provided by the customer at time of check out.
  • Camp High is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damages packages.  You must file a claim with UPS directly.
  • Packages marked "return to sender" will be refunded minus the cost of shipping
  • Packages marked as "delivered" do not qualify for refund or replacement.  If you have not received an order marked as "delivered", you must file a claim directly with UPS

Returns & Exchanges

  • Camp High prides itself on offering the highest quality garments while fulfilling customer orders accurately & quickly. All sales are final - no refunds or exchanges.
  • No cancellations of any order: processed or pending
  • All vintage pieces are sold “as is” condition so please pay attention to all photos and descriptions.
