We currently only ship to United States/US Territories and Canada via UPS. While we typically ship orders the next business day, all orders will be processed within 5 business days - if there is any exception, we will contact you (the camper) directly.
Canadian orders are subject to duty and custom fees. Duties will be collected on a COD basis by UPS.
Please be sure to enter your e-mail with your order! You will receive an e-mail when your order is placed, and another with your tracking information once it has been shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Orders shipped back within 7 days of initial delivery are eligible for an exchange, store credit, or a full refund. After 7 days, we will only accept items for either an exchange (if the product is available), or store credit.
All sales are final on "special items" - no refunds or exchanges - only store credit.
We will not accept any returns sent by post without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization. To request a Return Authorization, please contact us at email@example.com.
All returns must be in new, unworn condition. Upon inspection, a refund, store credit, or exchange will be provided.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges unless informed otherwise.
We do not assume any responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods while they are in transit from the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) are packaged and delivered intact, unworn and in original purchased condition, and we strongly recommend using an appropriate carrier with a tracking system. If any matters of liability arise, they will be dealt with and settled between the customer and the return shipping company directly.
