We currently ship to the United States / US Territories via UPS. While we typically ship orders the next business day, all orders will be processed within 5 business days - if there is any exception, we will contact you (the camper) directly.
Please be sure to enter your e-mail with your order! You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is placed, and another with your tracking information once it has been shipped.
Camp High is not responsible for any orders which have incorrect, incomplete or insufficient address information, emails or phone numbers provided by the customer at time of check out.
Camp High is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damages packages. You must file a claim with UPS directly.
Packages marked "return to sender" will be refunded minus the cost of shipping
Packages marked as "delivered" do not qualify for refund or replacement. If you have not received an order marked as "delivered", you must file a claim directly with UPS
