Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed will be shipped the next day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for online orders within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or store credit only upon our approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
